    J. ToddAnother informative show. I am really getting disgusted with our so called allies in congress. The UIGEA was passed quickly and without debate so why can’t it be overturned the same way? Attach the bill to must pass cash for clunkers already!

Believe me, the thought of overturning UIGEA the same sneaky way it was passed has been discussed many times by persons both in and out of our industry. It would be quite a fitting end to the “stupidest law” ever written.

We will. These programs are in “talks” with affiliates right now, and I would prefer things get worked out that way rather than have APCW forced to use heavy handed tactics. However, we fully realize that somtimes heavy handed tactics become necessary, and if that time comes we will do what is needed without hesitation.
